Alamogordo RC´ers are still located at the Veterans Memorial Park in the shadows of the Sacramento Mountains just outside Alamogordo, NM.  A short drive from the highway 70 bypass on Mesa Verde Road will bring you to our field located on 80 acres of land leased from the Mesa Verde Ranch.  We are blessed with beautiful flying weather almost 365 days a year and have facilities for R/C, C/L, and even an R/C car track.  You will find two hard surface runways for  R/C flying sufficient to handle anything from park flyers to turbine jets. 

The Alamogordo RCers are an open club and we are always delighted to welcome new pilots or drivers. Just show your insurance card to join us for a day of fun. Everyone who is interested in our hobby can visit us at our location and get information. Are you interested, but have never flown before? No problem. Just get in contact with us and fly a few rounds with our club-owned training aircraft under the watchful eyes of one of our experienced pilots and discover how much fun it is! For new pilots we have several club members who will be happy to help you through the process of learning to fly a radio control aircraft, offer advice on what type of plane to start with, and generally offer any help you might need. We could do the same for people interested in cars also. We are looking for a new field and maybe we can ofer than boats also.
